“I was very excited to work with Thayer. After a lot of back and forth with the bank and with a co-signer I got a 2021 Dodge Ram. A week later, the first time I drove with the bed cover off my bed liner flew out of the bed of the truck. It was just someone’s older liner set in my bed. This was very deceiving and when I asked what Thayer would do Brian said he would get back to me and never did. The next day Brian started calling me non stop telling me I had to come in for some paperwork. Long story short, Thayer and Brian lied to me or to the bank. After signing a contract they threatened me with repossession if I didn’t immediately agree to much worse terms. They took advantage of me and how much I liked my new truck. I asked the to give me a new bed liner or running boards to help offset the price of their mistake and they refused. Avoid Brian, the sales manager and all of the Thayer “Family” Dealerships”
