“Purchasing my brand new vehicle was a pretty good process… except I had to return the following Monday to have my gas tank filled due to their gas card having insufficient funds, only allowing them to put less than 1/4 tank in my vehicle the night I purchased it. I returned Monday to have my tank filled and pointed out a dent right above my gas tank that was missed when I purchased the vehicle, as it was night time. This was on Monday, January 5. It is now Monday, January 19 and I still have not received any phone call on how they’re going to fix the dent. They’re very attentive in the car buying process, but once you’ve purchased a vehicle from them, apparently you’re no longer a priority. Before writing my review, I wanted to give them an ample amount of time to return my call, and they have not.”

“I had a very pleasant experience here at this dealership non like others I have been to for car shopping. They also didn’t harass me for days on end after I inquired about the vehicle I ended up purchasing with them. I just want to give kudos to Leonitas I think his name was. He ran the numbers and was able to get me great incentives and applied a college grad discount of 500$. Long story short when everything was ran it brought my payment down from 120-130ish a month to 94$. Most dealers I’ve been to wanted a higher monthly payment and wouldn’t negotiate. I don’t think I could’ve gotten it better anywhere else. I’m also pleased with the fact that they were able to order me a trunk mat free of charge since most used cars don’t come with all the accessories. They also might be able to reprogram my old key fob so I’ll probably have 2. Also kudos to Jacob the sales specialist and the financing gentleman they were both great and very nice! :) All staff got straight to the point and was upfront which I like and I felt that I wasn’t being haggled or taken advantage of. I also want to say buying a car takes a long time and being patient and understanding definitely goes a long way :) ”
