“I promise this is not an AI or paid review, even though it might sound like one. Performance Ford Bountiful is fantastic. I bought an F150 last year from them (shout out to Adam), and had a great experience. I also own a Mustang Mach E. Both have needed repairs that were covered under warranty, which is not a problem because the service group runs like a top. Their valet service is so convenient, their text message reminders are always helpful, and the mechanic video updates and check in calls from our Service Advisor Trey are always informative. Trey in particular is a rock star, he gives me the full picture of the work that's being done, decisions that need to be made, cost considerations, and answers my questions, and genuinely seems like he cares about the car and the overall service I'm receiving. It's a perfect blend of small shop communication with big-shop/dealership efficiency. I will continue to use Performance Ford Bountiful for my Ford-related needs. Much appreciated, guys!”

“We just bought a Bronco Raptor from Joe, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’m younger, and typically when I walk into dealerships—especially looking at high-end cars and paying all cash—I don’t always get treated with the respect I should. Joe was the exact opposite.
From start to finish, he treated us with the utmost respect, made the whole process fun, and actually beat out other dealer prices. No games, no pressure, no runaround—just a clean, calm, straightforward experience. It didn’t feel like the typical “car salesman” ordeal at all.
