“I really need to update my review here because Clayton, Ian and the service team really went out of their way to help me out after we purchased our used Tesla Model Y here. The whole process went very smooth and the car buying experience was great and super fast! How did they go out of their way? Well after we bought our car on a Friday, we were driving it over the weekend and noticed this sound when we were accelerating, something in the car was rolling backwards, then when braking, something was rolling forward. We took everything out of the car, looked under seats, removed seats, checked trunks and frunks. We still could not find the culprit to this extremely annoying sound. I called Clay the very next Monday and he told me to bring the car down, showed him the sound and he got it in with the service team asap. The next morning I got a call and the car was ready to be picked up! The culprit? A chapstick with a AAA battery taped to it!? Some little kid must have stuck it in the lower air vent or something. I was ecstatic to have beautiful silence back in our car! Really everyone here was great to work with it and they fixed the only issue we had free of charge!
