“We had to get our Lexus serviced for a recall. It was going to take several hours. They gave us a loaner (which was a nice Lexus RX also). It took the exact amount of time they said it would but my husband was working so we went back later in the day. The exchange was painless!! They didnt try to sell us something we didn't need and they didn't talk down to us. Big improvement from prior experiences.”

“I called 6 times the past hour to get ahold of parts. Either they don’t answer(4x) or put me on hold (once for 10 minutes) I called and asked for 2 different managers, neither answered. Apparently “everyone’s out of their office” isn’t this a business? If you don’t want to do YOUR job, you should probably find something else to do. Not sure if it’s just a bad day, but if this is how this dealership runs I feel sorry for the receptionist TRYING to do their job. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend”

“They are quick to sell you a vehicle, but when it comes to servicing (brand new) said vehicle, good luck getting anyone on the phone. I had a service appt set up, for an issue that is malfunctioning on my new vehicle. They were supposed to come pick up vehicle, drop off loaner, and then return. No call. No show. I called three times. Was never able to successfully get anyone on the phone. Now it’s the next day, and I still haven’t spoken to anyone. Learn from my mistake, and just buy a different brand.”
