“Not impressed with the service department, while very polite, three times now I’ve made morning appointments for simple oil changes with tire rotations, dropped off the truck in the am to be picked up in the afternoon, truck wasn’t ready after giving them over 5hrs to do the work. What’s the point of the appointment if I’m still going to wait an extra 30mins for the truck to be ready. I think it’s time to find a new service center.”
