“My husband and I have purchased three cars from this dealership. But I'm sad to say I am, once again, leaving the service department. I left under the previous owner because they fabricated service issues - but returned under the new owner. I've been happy until this year. Earlier this year, I had tires rotated and immediately had pressure issues. Finally bought 4 new tires from Modern. Recently I was told I needed three bulbs replaced and was quoted $300 (with tax) to do so. I bought them at Western Auto (for $20) and my husband replaced 2 in under five minutes. The third appears to be working perfectly (?). I am petite and blonde and - unfortunately - experienced with automotive types trying to take advantage of me. It doesn't work.”
