“I’m disgusted with this dealership right now. I have a KIA Sorento SX Prestige that is having to have its transmission replaced, it’s under warranty, we went a week without knowing what was going on because they wouldn’t return my husbands call, so WE paid for a rental in the meantime and is hoping to get reimbursed and then finally when they call, after calling the general manager to get any response, they give us a loaner. To replace the sorento SX prestige they give us a seltos basic car that isn’t even close to being equivalent to the SUV they are waiting to fix, no safety features no parking sensors, dirty cloth seats. The car smells bad and is dirty. It has some kind of coffee drips on the center console and clearly hasn’t even been vacuumed with the dirt/and or crumbs sitting on the back seat and a mess in the trunk that I had to clean before putting my child in it. They knew ahead of time we were coming and could have had the decency to at least clean the car since we are already being downgraded. This is pathetic customer service and definitely makes me want to go anywhere besides KIA. The only person with the dealership that was helpful or didn’t just bold face lie to us was the general manager.”
