“Terrible experience. I came in for a simple key fob purchase and programming, along with an oil change and air filter replacement, and ended up feeling completely ripped off. They sold me a $120 key fob without clearly explaining that it wouldn’t even work unless they programmed it—something that should have been made obvious upfront. Then, when I came back for the programming and maintenance, they charged hourly but refused to give any estimate on how long it would take. I was the first customer there in the morning and still sat around for two hours with zero updates. When I finally asked, they casually said my car was ready, as if my time didn’t matter. The worst part was the bill: $450. They added random “diagnosis fees” for the key fob issue—even though programming the fob was the entire reason I came in. It felt like they were just adding to the bill with unnecessary charges because I am a young female. Between the lack of transparency, poor communication, and inflated pricing, this place seems more interested in overcharging customers than providing honest service. I will not be coming back”
