“I have NEVER experienced in my 35 years in the car business, a staff, that was absolutely incapable of locating a canceled GAP policy, with Alpha Warranty Services, having provided Blakely with ALL of the pertinent information, after I cancelled my GAP policy. It has been months of continuous calls and giving management accurate information regarding this cancelled policy and I'm told they cannot find it! REALLY? Alpha sent Blakely the funds to the F&I department on 11/29/2025 per Alex at Alpha however, Management says they cannot locate it! I would not recommend this dealership in any way because they obviously do not want to refund money that's legally owed to a customer! Richard”
