“FANTASTIC! I had a great experience with Emerald Motors. I live a few hours south from Blaine, WA, So most of my experience with them at first was over the phone. Derek my salesman kept me updated throughout the process of service, safety inspections and the purchase of the truck. When I arrived this morning I checked out the truck and absolutely loved it. Honestly a very fair price for the vehicle. Gage was also very helpful with all of my questions. The finance manager Justin walked me through it all and gave options for warranty’s. All said and done I’m very pleased and the team at Emerald motors is professional, polite and just awesome to work with. Thank you guys!”

“My husband and I were very happy with our experience at Emerald Motors. Ellie and Justin were extremely helpful! Ellie's communication throughout the process was prompt and informative. When we arrived, we were helped by Ellie right away, took a nice test drive, and then we were able to move forward with all the paperwork. On top of the great service, we are very happy with our purchase! Our car looks great on the outside and inside.”

“Unfortunately my full review was too large for this space and I couldn't fit in the positive experience I had with Elleigh and Gage - I decided to go ahead and email the full review to Emerald Motors. This is the end of that review/email with the important details about how their finance manager doesn't understand consent and he is the only reason I gave them one star instead of five:
If you're familiar with the scene in Fargo where William H Macy's character is trying to sell a customer the unwanted undercoating you have a pretty clear understanding of how it felt to sit across from Corey in the finance office.
I understand that it was Corey's (the finance manager) first day with the company, but for someone who claims to have been doing this for nearly two decades it's a shame that he couldn't read the room any better. It went from a very pleasant and peaceful car buying experience to an unpleasant and almost adversarial one because I wasn't willing to finance an additional $3500 to purchase an extended warranty on a 12 year old $8995 sticker price vehicle. Regardless of the merit of what the warranty covers and whether or not it's a good idea for some people to add on when buying a car, I had already said no multiple times before he agreed to move forward. Corey needs to learn that no means no - not let me change your mind and convince you of something else.
I thought maybe I'd been making too much of the situation so I brought it up with my girlfriend when we stopped for lunch on the way home. She told me that she was surprised at his behavior and felt put off to the point that anymore pushing from him and she would have gotten up and walked out, which is exactly where I was at with it too. She also reminded me that he started our interaction by essentially "negging" me by discussing my "poor" credit worthiness in front of her and her adult son right when we sat down. He said that if I had lower balances on two of my credit cards he would have been able to lock in a significantly better rate for me. I'm very well aware of where my credit rating stands and wasn't super concerned with the interest rate because as I had told everyone else I dealt with there we will be paying the car off well before the terms of the loan. After we returned from the test drive they had us wait for a long time in the outer office, and although they already had almost an entire week of lead time none of the paperwork seemed ready for me when we finally sat down with Corey. I assumed it was due to the turmoil of him just starting with them so I didn't give it too much thought, but his condescending attitude and aggressive sales tactics were completely uncalled for and honestly if I had it to do over I would have asked for someone else to finalize the sale or just cancelled the sale and gone home empty handed.
I hope it was just a bad morning for him, but if this is how Corey regularly behaves I really doubt he'll last very long there because he doesn't seem like a good fit with the other employees and the no pressure family oriented vibe they have curated at the dealership. At the very least, his behavior calls for some additional personalized customer service training from Emerald's management. It's definitely a shame that his actions are what I'll remember from my experience there. Before even picking up our car, I was telling friends and family what a wonderful shopping experience I had and what great communication Emerald Motors has. But now I've drastically changed my tune because the way we were treated in that finance office was unprofessional and unacceptable and has actually inspired me to write this detailed negative review in an effort to warn shoppers of the high pressure sales tactics and unprofessional red flags I experienced in person when dealing with Corey.”

“Camillia was very down to earth, pleasant, and friendly. She worked with us from start to finish. Got a pretty remarkable deal on the vehicle, yet she didn't sell it out from under us when other folks attempted to outbid us (she told us this, and I absolutely believe this, as this car was a great deal), after we put down a deposit to hold it. There was also a minor issue with the vehicle that they took care of immediately. She and the dealership have integrity and an outstanding work ethic. Camillia is the type of salesperson anyone and everyone would be more than satisfied with.
Matt, in Finance, also had our paperwork all in order prior to arrival and fumbled over nothing. He provided us with an efficient and energetic experience. Absolutely no disappointment in dealing with him. Pretty cool guy there. He even had a new lender for the car after we'd already agreed on the first one, and they cut our interest rate in more than half.
Perfect handling and highly recommended. Thank you both, and all of you at this dealership, so much.”
