“I had a great experience buying from this dealership. Jose Amaya was very knowledgeable and didn’t push either buying a car or adding features to the car I decided to buy. He provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a straightforward and easy process.”

“José Amaya is a very personable professional. He guided me through the process, knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t make me feel like we had to haggle over the price of the car. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone.”

“Smoothest car purchase experience ever! I was helped by sales manager Brandon Locke. He made the whole purchasing process of a Honda Pilot Trailsport super easy for me. The dealer accepted a discount from my job perks site and at the end I saved around 4K. They also matched a trade-in car appraisal I brought from CarMax for my old car. The loan process was also fast and easy. There were no hidden fees and I knew exactly how much my out-the-door price would be. Brandon had the nicest attitude and never tried to trick me into getting things I don't need. I really recommend Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and specially sales manager Brandon Locke. He has been available even after the purchase when I had questions about the car. Thank you so much. -Jose Cruz”

“While I did not purchase the vehicle I saw at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda, my experience test driving with Brandon was genuinely the best one I had in my car search. If I hadn’t ultimately had my heart set on a Prius, I would have bought from him in a second. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for their patience and willingness to work with me. I felt Brandon was very upfront, truthful, and informative about both the car and the buying process, especially as a first time buyer.”

“Our experience with Ourisman Honda was extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about transparency. We purchased a vehicle remotely and had it delivered based on the condition described by the sales representatives. Upon arrival, the vehicle had clearly undisclosed damage, including hail damage and torn interior upholstery consistent with pet-related wear. This was not subtle, it was immediately obvious and should have been disclosed before the sale. We specifically asked detailed questions about the vehicle’s condition beforehand and were reassured it was in good shape. We were also told the dog hair present was from test drives, which was completely inaccurate given the amount of embedded pet hair throughout the vehicle. This was excessive and not something that happens from casual test drives. Attempting to lean on an “as-is” sale does not excuse material misrepresentation or failure to disclose known damage. It’s also worth noting that Maryland’s “as-is” provisions do not broadly shield dealers in situations involving newer vehicles with relatively low mileage, where clear disclosure expectations still apply. That distinction seems to have been overlooked here. What made this worse was the lack of accountability from the sales representatives. There was no meaningful apology and little ownership of the situation, despite the inconvenience of having to unwind a deal after delivery. To be fair, Randy, the used car sales manager, was the only person who handled this professionally and worked to help resolve the situation once it came to light. His efforts were appreciated, but unfortunately they came after the damage was already done. Even more concerning, the vehicle was later relisted for sale without any mention of the damage, which raises serious questions about how accurately vehicles are being represented to customers.”
