“I just purchased a 2020 Tesla model 3 from idrive auto sports in Berwyn 6539 Ogden Ave. and they were very nice while selling me the car. I’ve never owned a Tesla and i don’t know a whole lot about them. It turns out the sales guy, the manager named Joe, nor their finance lady thought to mention I would not be able to charge the car without Tesla confirming something with the vin number. So Chicago dead of winter snow storm and we make it to the charge station with 20% battery so I’m thinking I’m fine until I plug in my car and because I wasn’t made aware of this issue I got stuck in a snow storm the power ran out. Their store has no voicemail no way to contact them to the following day. Here is the real kick in the teeth manager Joe lies to me immediately tells me he’s got this special number from Tesla that there’s no way that I have and he would call and they would activate it immediately, now if that’s the case, why didn’t he do that when I was purchasing the car or even mentioned it? Turns out the number that he had was the same number that Grok gave me while I was stranded in the freezing snowstorm. I would not recommend this place to an enemy let alone a friend I’ve always heard cliché about sleazy used car salesman. This is the embodiment of that cliché. Didn’t offer to cover the $65 Uber. I had to take home or what I’m gonna do to get my car started cause I still don’t even know because manager Joe was aggravated and hung up on me. I’m telling you I’m only giving them two stars so Google won’t delete this post if I could, I would give them zero stars and if there’s any gentlemen that are out in Berwyn, please stop by I drive motorsports and let manager Joe know that it’s not appropriate to leave a lady stranded during a snowstorm because and I quote “he assumed I knew most Tesla buyers are nerded out” that was literally his response. So again I would very much appreciate someone explaining to manager Joe how to have even the smallest amount of respect for a woman. Other than that steer clear of here.”

“Short story have a 2024 with 26k miles that is sitting in my house because I can’t drive it steering wheel pulls left, have to fight it to drive straight maybe and alignment/suspension issue, either they don’t drive the cars to see if any problems come with them or they just don’t care.this was right after I got on a street that goes over 30mph they test drive they take you in is about 3 min long with small streets that don’t allow to go over 20mph .Called them over one another issue before I can even tell them about the second one they told me they would call me back later and never did. Second problem they added gap insurance without telling me or even mentioning the price called them basically told me thats standard and I should of known, never showed me the paper work of what was included with my out the door price or I would of seen the gap insurance added. They couldn’t even own up and say they messed up and they should have told me. Will see what happens next as of now not a good experience”

“Do not buy from here they sold me a car within 30 days the engine started overheating they “fixed it” got it back shuts down again and I have now spent 950 on new fuel pumps and wiring now they are telling me 1300 for engine repairs now they’re pretending like these are new issues don’t buy here I’m now stuck paying 3-$400 car payment on car that i can’t even drive this place is a big scam they tried to charge me $170 for a diagnosis when it cut off the second time and wouldn’t even start after the over heating issue on top of repair cost so i went to another mechanic for a $950 fuel pump repair and they fixed it now i have inner engine components going bad the engine is not even mounted correctly so I guess “as is” means sell a car you should have known is not ready for the road is crazy warranty should come with a used car anyway and plus it was never mentioned to me Don’t buy here! It should be working they same way it was when I test drove it”
