“Thank you Eric for posting and trying to clarify the matter. Perhaps I misspoke when I said CarGurus but it was an outside site that lead me to your site. I was very year, car and model specific in my search so I didn’t just happen on your site. There is no Acura Precision Used, just Precision Certified Vehicles which is where the 2015 RDX was listed, perhaps you should familiarize yourself better with your own site. Safety, liability and loss prevention reasons? Are your service bays that unsafe that a perspective customer such as myself can’t inspect a vehicle? Are people that service their cars there not permitted to see the suggested repair for themselves or do they just have to take your word for it? That’s suspect. Loss prevention? What am I going to try and steal while looking at a car more closely for my own peace of mind? Cars marked “As Is” are definitely subject to an inspection by a mechanic of my choosing as permitted by the DMV, not just within your dealer group, but that protects your interest a lot more than in does mine so thank you for clarifying that for any potential future customers. My deposit was made in cash so any fraud or duplicate funds being reimbursed must be an internal matter. And again “according to policy”. Seems like a pretty cut and dry procedure. Nevertheless it clearly appears that you and the dealership put “policy” before the legal right to have a vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my own choosing and saying you follow an industry standard is just straight up BS. Hoffman Lexus let me test drive a vehicle I was interested in unaccompanied to my mechanic. Are they not part of this industry you speak of or are they at a level that you can’t achieve? In my eyes and hopefully of those that can read between the lines they’re both.”

“Saw a listing they had for an Integra online and went there to buy. Process was relatively fast and smooth considering I needed to get it registered in MA. They were fairly quick to get back to me when I called for info and they made going all the paperwork pretty straightforward. They did an upsell pitch on a few things but that's to be expected.
