“Great staff. Have been to a bunch of Toyota branches in the bay area, this was my first time in Berkeley. As I waited to be pulled in, I was parked right on the street and I didn't feel too good about it because I was blocking the bike lane. I was talking to myself “ why did my wife had to book an appointment here. I pulled in, and I was greeted by a cheerful associate, forgot his name but I think he was Hispanic male adult. I left my truck and I got a Call pretty quick to come Pick it up. Again he was super helpful, I asked by the running board installation and he send me a quotation that was way beyond my budget. He gave me a great option to get it fixed for a cheaper price. He understood that it was way too much for me and he gave me other alternatives. I decided not to get the floorboard but still I liked how he treated me with respect, gave me options and made me want to come back here for further servicing. Thank you”
