“Back in April of 2026, I began the buying process for a new Tacoma with my sales person, Michael Hacking. I took delivery of the truck on May 27 and was very pleased with the delivery and overall manner in which the purchase was handled. A couple weeks after I took delivery, I received a parking lot ding in one of the doors. As I was scheduled to have body side moulding put on along with the dash cam, I mentioned the dent to Michael and he ensured me that it would be addressed when I brought the vehicle in and it was. The body shop did an excellent job in pulling out the ding as there was no indicator that the vehicle was even dented. Kudos to all involved in my buying experience at Coggins.”
