My only complaint is that I handed over my drivers license and my name was still misspelled on paperwork…. 😂 and even in the text message thanking me for my business. Because of that, I will only give 4.5 stars. It’s all in the details and correct names are important ones. I was really nervous going in because of my less than ideal credit score due to some messy life events. Overall very satisfied with my experience and the genuine banter that made things less stressful and also created some belly laughs along the way.
