“I drove 2hrs into bend to get a new key for my old farm truck. Just a simple key no chip no fob no electronics whatsoever. The guy at the parts counter told me it would be $75 so I asked how much for the code so I could just have my locksmith cut me a key and he refused to give me the code so I asked to see his manager and then he told me that there was nobody there above him but I could come back tomorrow to see his manager. So not only did I waste 4hrs round trip today but now I have to do it again tomorrow. These guys obviously don't care about their customers unless they think they can sell you another car. I had to get a new key made for my wife's car a few days ago and the Toyota dealer just gave us the code for free”
