“I had an excellent service experience at Subaru. Brendan was incredibly professional, informative, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated.
I came in because my check engine light and other warning lights had come on. Brendan suspected it might be a loose fuel tank cap—and he was absolutely right. His diagnosis was spot on, and his estimate for how long the car would take to be checked and fixed was accurate.
It’s always reassuring to deal with someone knowledgeable who takes the time to help and communicate clearly. Thank you, Brendan, for the outstanding service—and thank you Subaru for a great experience!”

“I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I brought my Subaru in for an intermittent issue where my key fob lock/unlock buttons weren’t working reliably. After nearly two hours, I was told I needed a $500+ replacement of an internal keyless/module system, despite no fault codes and no clear explanation of how they reached that conclusion.
The communication was vague, constantly shifting, and felt very much like a process-of-elimination guess rather than a real diagnosis. At one point, additional labor charges were introduced that I had not approved, which was extremely uncomfortable.
I ultimately declined the repair and took the car to an independent shop nearby. Within 45 minutes, the issue was fully resolved by reprogramming the key, with no parts replaced and no charge. That confirmed the dealership’s recommendation was unnecessary.
While Subaru ultimately didn’t charge me for the repair, the way this service visit was handled felt misleading and borderline predatory. I lost significant time, was pushed toward an expensive fix without evidence, and left with very little confidence in their diagnostic process.
I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repair here.”

“I’m overall very satisfied with my purchase experience with CitySide Subaru. Mike D. helped me get the exact car that I dreamed of and the workflow from initial visit to final purchase and delivery was very smooth. The facility has limited parking but I was offered alternatives like Uber, which shows that Cityside really cares about convenience for customer. I can tell maintaining this level of service takes teamwork across the entire site, which is always rare.”
