“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing a used vehicle from Michael ‘s Toyota of Bellevue. On April 16, 2026, I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Bellevue Toyota for approximately $12,700. Our sales associate was Will Kopatich. The vehicle had around 200,000 miles, and although we understood the mileage was high, we trusted Toyota’s reputation and believed that purchasing from an authorized Toyota dealership meant the vehicle had been properly inspected and would be reasonably reliable. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different. Within about one month, the battery failed and we had to replace it at our own expense. Then, less than 60 days after purchasing the vehicle, it suddenly became completely inoperable. The transmission would no longer shift into Drive or Reverse, leaving us stranded in Port Angeles. We had to pay for a tow truck, stay overnight in a hotel, use Uber for transportation, and make alternative travel arrangements. We were later given a repair estimate of approximately $9,300—almost the value of the car itself. After providing Bellevue Toyota with the repair documentation, we hoped they would help us find a fair solution. Instead, we were told they did not believe they had any responsibility regarding the situation. The only offer we received was approximately $2,500 toward purchasing another vehicle from Bellevue Toyota, which did not help repair the car we had just bought. We also received no assistance with the towing costs or a replacement vehicle. As a student, this has placed an enormous financial burden on me. Buying this car was already a major investment for me, and facing nearly $10,000 in repair costs less than two months later has been devastating. I understand that used cars can develop unexpected problems. However, I did not expect a vehicle purchased from an authorized Toyota dealership to become completely undrivable in less than two months, nor did I expect so little support after the sale. I’m writing this review because I genuinely hope other customers think carefully before purchasing a used vehicle from Michael’s Toyota. Please don’t assume that buying from an authorized dealership automatically means you’ll receive a reliable vehicle or meaningful support if something goes wrong shortly after your purchase. If you’re considering buying a used car here, I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before signing anything. This review reflects my personal experience, and unfortunately, it has been one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made.”

“i used to drIVE 07 camry to its death at 230k with no major issues. so it was no brainer going for a newer camry again. originally i wasn’t going to purchase at this store but the salesperson trenton was clearly good at his job. however the financial advisor lewis made significant mistakes about gold toyota certified warranty status and getting an best accurate arp. overall its been fIVE months with this car and i feel pretty safe with their new 2.5 toyota safety features and other decades of major improvements such as mpg, gear efficiency, and others. but i can only assume the senior toyota interior designers have retired because i like some of the 07 designs and features better. (like newer cruise control makes ur eyes off the roads for seconds and 07 didnt need that. also the newer glove box SIGNIFICANTLY got smaller…)”

“Devon was my salesman. Matt was the sales manager. I purchased a vehicle out of state from Indiana, yes 2100 miles away. Devon was very helpful in sending videos of the vehicle, taking it for a test drive, providing maintenance records on the vehicle, and making sure everything was taken care of. If your looking for a vehicle, you want him as your salesman! This was a great deal on this Jeep and I am very happy with my purchase. It was an easy purchase with no hidden fees or added charges!
