I had an outstanding experience working with Darren Simsek at Infiniti of Bellevue. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond by sending a detailed video of the vehicle, highlighting all the features and giving me a clear, transparent look before I even stepped into the dealership. That level of effort immediately set him apart. Darren is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to thoroughly walk me through every feature and personal setting inside. He didn’t rush a single step and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident. He even helped set up my Bluetooth and customized everything to my preferences before I left. The finance manager was also fantastic to work with. She was personable, transparent, and made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly and made what can sometimes feel overwhelming surprisingly easy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Darren and the team at Infiniti of Bellevue- you’ll be in excellent hands!

I will start off by saying I dislike leaving bad reviews but with that being said here we go. Bought a used car from the Infiniti of Bellevue store and surprisingly the sale was super smooth and fast honestly great no complaints at all. But let’s go to my first oil change service they gave me which wasn’t horrible except a huge greasy pot print on my beige floor mat. Ok I can look the other way and let that slide. Second visit they tried to upsell me on 1000s worth of work and I’m face looking through the previous owners history a lot of it was altar completed within the last 15k miles. Then I leave and get home. Come out to my car the next morning and my driveway looks like a rainbow oil slick. I borrow some car ramps to climb under there from my neighbor and come to find out the oil drain plug was about 2 threads from falling out and I had lost two quarts or oil along with my whole car covered in oil underneath. Dealer never offered to come get my car so they can clean it and make it rite but they did say I can bring it in so they can look at it again. Had to buy two quarts of oil to top it off. Clean my driveway and spend 20 at the car wash to clean the underneath of my car the best I could. Driving back out to the dealer during traffic hours wild be an hour each way. I will never let them touch my car ever again. I’m sure some of techs are good but the crappy ones have no business being at dealers.

I recently bought a car here from Darren Simsek. Very helpful salesman, and made the whole experience a 10/10. I would highly recommend coming here, they do good business and are very reasonable. If they have something you’re interested in, give them a call and ask for Darren.

I recently bought a car here, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting to buy at all. I originally planned to lease. But thanks to Frank and Deon, the car I ended up leaving the lot with was truly a no-brainer. From the very first time we spoke, Frank kept in touch and consistently looked out for options that would best fit my needs. When I came into the dealership, Deon took me on a test drive, walked me through all of the safety features, and made sure I felt confident and informed. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I genuinely feel like we all walked away with a solid deal, and I’m so grateful for their support. Highly recommend working with either of them if you’re looking for an stress-free, trustworthy experience.

I must say I was initially skeptical about buying a used Subaru Outback from an Infinity dealership instead of one of the Subaru dealerships in the area. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for though in the color my wife and I wanted with low miles and a decent price. Dillon was very patient while I spent a considerable amount of time going through the whole vehicle looking over every detail including crawling around underneath the car. I didn't even sit in the driver's seat until I had done my full exterior inspection. I found a few minor scratches to the paint and lower plastic trim on one side but this was expected for a 7yr old vehicle and I was okay with it since the price was right and it seemed to be mechanically sound. During the test ride I put it through the paces with some not so gentle acceleration, cornering and braking including my emergency “slam on the brakes" @40mph test that I warned Dillon about in advance. He was very calm about it all. It probably helped that I shared my previous track days experience before the test ride so he knew I had experience driving a vehicle near its limits. I could find no issues with it mechanically so it was off to discuss the total price once we got back to the showroom. Dillon did a great job explaining the total cost with tax, licensing, etc and explained they had financing options even though I had initially planned to use my own credit union to finance the purchase. Bobby, his sales manager, was extremely helpful and got me an even lower interest rate with a lender that I was already using for my primary checking/banking and threw in a couple of extras on top of that that I was not expecting because he wanted me to be a happy customer which I was extremely impressed with. I then explained my challenge getting the vehicle home and Bobby offered to help get it to downtown Seattle where I could more easily get it home since I'm a ferry ride from the city. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service I received from both Dillon and Bobby at Infinity of Bellevue.
