River texted me to ask what time I’d be arriving and I told him I was at the mercy of my 11mo old daughter and he understood. I then texted him with the timeframe I’d be showing up. He had a vehicle ready for me as soon as I arrived. I test drove it and didn’t love it. He immediately sat down with me and started pulling up vehicles on the lot based on what I wanted and didn’t want. The next vehicle he pulled up was mine. I loved it. Within 15min of me returning from my test drive, I had traded in my old vehicle for a good price, got approved and signed everything. The numbers worked out, there was no pressure and no haggling.
