“Leased a 2014 Audi q5 almost a year ago since the day I brought it home it’s caused nothing but problems!! The same day I drove it from Bedford heights to Lorain the check engine light comes on leaking oil and needs a new gasket seal and some pipe needed fixed $680 for that then four months after that axle breaks and is leaking again that’s another $500!! After the mechanic looked under the hood everything was botched and has after market parts smh!! But as a first time car buyer at 23, them knowing how bad I wanted this car they denied any issues. So after i got it home I called them all they had to say was buy here pay here once its off the lot nothing they could do! I’d NEVER recommend anyone to this place, very unprofessional communication sucks and all of there cars are junk making us think we’re getting a deal in reality we’re paying high interest and getting stuck with garbage cars we’re left paying on and paying to get fixed just to have a car!!”
