“Mo was great .she really made me and my husband was very comfortable. During the long time we were there. .it was kind rocky for me when i started i started with 2000 down and the car note was to high with more money down she was able to get me a decent car note.. but then that wasn't enough .. I ended up needing a co lighter. Man she was back an forth trying ever Avenue. You get me my car. She never gave up on me and neither did I..at the end of the day I left my with car .and im happy even with my car note. She ever thing she could to get me in my car. She deserve a promotion she did a fantastic job. ( Good Job Mo)

“To start off with my first experience at a dealership getting a car these guys made it extremely welcoming and easy. They made sure I was comfortable and worked with me on the vehicle I seen online that I came in to look at. I dealt with Enzo and he’s a great guy who really puts in the effort. I also worked with Stephan in finance and he’s an absolute beast and got me to a comfortable payment that worked for me. All and all a great group of people that truly put the customer first 👍🏼”

“I left a review on Ken Ganley in Mentor as well but there is serious need to leave a review here as well.
Long story short, we had a recall on brake lines for my 2016 Forte that was eventually done at Ken Ganley. The brake line failed yesterday 05/22/2026) and were told we can take it to this location since we were 1.1 miles away. When we got there the supervisor on duty in the service department told us that it need to go back to Ken Ganley since Kia won’t pay him to do the work. We told him that they will have to pay to have it towed since Kia roadside charged us $140 to have it towed the 1.1 miles. We were told that the other location would have to tow it, putting it back in our laps. After being pressed on this issue, and him trying to contact his district/regional manager told us that he’d do the work and charge Ken Ganley.
This is egregious and the bickering between dealerships shouldn’t involve customers. This is a critical health and safety risk that we were experiencing, not being listened to, and being jerked around.
NEVER buy a Kia again. The dealerships are shady and won’t do the work properly. This bickering is unacceptable. My boyfriend was driving the car and almost T-boned someone this time.”

“Overall good experience. Sales guys were very courteous and professional. My only complaint is that they didn’t clean under the hood of the car very well. Thus, a 4 of 5 star rating. Thank you.”

“My current lease was ending, and I had been shopping for deals at the end of the year. My wife and I test drove an EV9 at another dealership and really loved it, but the deal didn't add up to what was discussed on the phone, and it was slightly outside our comfort zone. I contacted a couple of other dealerships, and Matt at Kia of Bedford was by far the easiest to work with. He was direct, upfront, and patient during the process. He did everything he could to help move the deal forward without trying to pressure me in any way. He helped me get a phenomenal deal on the car I wanted, in the color and trim I wanted, and he made it happen very quickly. He was responsive and attentive, and he has been tremendously helpful, even after the deal was made.”
