“We had an amazing experience at Minuteman Volkswagen! Eric and John were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of leasing our new Tiguan. They made everything easy, smooth, and stress-free, and we really appreciated their support and attention along the way.
We previously had a 2018 Tiguan and were already very happy with Volkswagen, so we’re excited about our upgrade to the new Tiguan! We absolutely love it so far.
Thank you, Eric and John, for making this such a positive experience. We highly recommend Minuteman Volkswagen to anyone looking for a new vehicle!”

“I had a great experience start to finish at Minuteman VW! Tim and Dave met me where I was at - I needed to be efficient and they gave me that and then some. They were honest, efficient, thorough and most of all incredibly helpful - even driving to my house to drop off my registration! I couldn't be happier with my new car - a gently used 2024 Atlas SEL RLine - it feels brand new and the experience I had at Minuteman makes it even more pleasant to drive. Thank you Tim & Dave!”

“So, I have never even stepped foot into this dealership, but the level of customer service I received just by a phone call was excellent. I called, concerned after doing maintenance at another dealership and Patrick called me back very quickly. He was friendly, peppy and informative. He seemed very honest and like he wanted to be as helpful as possible. This is a vast difference from the attitude and friendliness I have noticed at other spots. I would recommend coming here just based on this interaction I had without even sending my car to this location for service.”

“do not recommend buying parts from this Volkswagen dealership.
Last week, I purchased an oil pan for my car from their parts department. The next day, I discovered that the oil pan was leaking oil because it was cracked. As many people know, these oil pans are made of plastic. I understand that it may not have been their fault that the part was defective, but I expected them to help resolve the issue since I paid $350 for it.
I asked them to at least submit a claim to Volkswagen. If Volkswagen approved a refund, great; if not, I would have understood. What disappointed me was that the employee immediately refused to help and claimed that if he did anything, he would have to pay for it out of his own pocket. I do not believe that is true, as dealerships and manufacturers have procedures for handling defective parts.
I had already purchased a replacement oil pan from the Volkswagen dealership in Lawrence because I could not leave my car unusable over the weekend while waiting for an answer.
The employee insisted that I bring the car to the dealership before they could do anything. In other words, he expected me to reinstall the cracked oil pan, fill the engine with oil, and drive the vehicle there, even though it could leak all the oil out and potentially damage the engine. That made no sense to me. They did not need to see the car when they sold me the part, but suddenly they needed the entire vehicle just to submit a claim, even though the crack in the oil pan was clearly visible.
It has now been a week, and I still have not received any response from them.
If you need parts or service, I would recommend trying the Volkswagen dealerships in Lowell or Lawrence instead. In my experience, they provide much better customer service and are willing to help when problems arise.”

“I was in the market for a lightly used Jetta. Eric made the process very easy, texting me with follow up after setting my appointment and had multiple options ready for me when I arrived. The car was immaculate and the store goes above and beyond in terms of attention to details. This is probably the only VW store in New England that still puts their dealer stamp in the owner’s manual. Thank you Eric and Minuteman VW!”
