“I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Mt. Kisco Honda and would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them.
When I purchased my vehicle on December 19, my license plates were ordered through the dealership. Weeks went by and the plates were never delivered. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact someone at the dealership to get an update, but it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. My calls were constantly sent to voicemail boxes that were full, I was transferred in the middle of explaining the situation, and in some cases the call was simply disconnected. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility or even listen.
Because my temporary plates expired while I was waiting, I actually received tickets from my apartment complex for having expired plates. The only way I was finally able to get any attention was by physically driving to the dealership to speak to someone in person. Interestingly enough, after weeks of getting nowhere over the phone, my plates were suddenly delivered the very next morning.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Now, almost three months later, I’m receiving late payment notices related to my previous lease. As part of my deal, Mt. Kisco Honda was supposed to cover the final three months of that lease. Instead, I’m now dealing with notices and the stress of wondering whether this will affect my credit.
Overall, the experience has been disorganized, stressful, and incredibly disappointing. Basic follow-through and communication should not be this difficult. I expected far more professionalism from a dealership handling something as important as vehicle registration and lease obligations.”

“I was forced into buying a new car when some jerk ignored a red light and totaled my existing car. Therefore, going into this process, I was stressed and felt like I was doing it against my will! But, I can't live without a car so I had no choice. In the 7 years since I got my last car, the choices and means to find those choices are quite overwhelming. I tried tons of websites, but CapitalOne Auto Navigator was actually the easiest to deal with. I pored over listings and was able to whittle it down to 5 but reached out to Mt. Kisco first cause that was the only blue one! Ibro reached out to me almost immediately. I was already out of work and had a crazy night of transporting kids but he was able to field and answer all of my crazy questions via text. I visited him the next day and he took me out for a test drive and went over my options when we got back to the dealership. He was very patient and walked me through the whole process with ease. I never felt like I was being pushed (which was my experience at a NJ dealership 7 years ago) The whole team worked together to get it registered, Ibro called my insurance to add the vehicle and put on my plates. Lastly, I worked with Debbie for the financing portion. I hate all things to deal with logistics of money, so she was able to talk to me like I know nothing (which is what I need hehehe) and find me the loan option that was best for my budget while still getting an extended warranty to have that ease of mind. It was a long day, but I felt that they cared about my experience and concerns and have walked away with a really great car!”

“Staff were excellent! Friendly and knowledgable , went out of their way to assist us in an easy no hassle purchase!It was actually fun and quick! Price was fair and leasing went quickly Philips was absolutely lovely and Jeremy and Dan made the financing easy and very professional! The car prep was amazing and car was spotless inside and out ! No issues what so ever and the first time everything was flawless! Thank you”

“Just scored this gem of a Golf! I couldn’t have asked for a better sales team.
Ibro Kalic communicated effectively with me throughout the week leading up to the purchase (which was handy, as it was my first purchase from a dealer). He was equally friendly in person as he was over the phone. It was nice chatting with him while we waited for the paperwork to be processed.
Jeremy Medina was very transparent about all the pricing and fees (also friendly like Ibro). He was very efficient with the processing of the transaction and explained everything throughout. I was even able to get some E-ZPass Velcro to stick on the windshield. Thanks guys!
The car itself was clean and in the condition I expected it to be. I was very glad to get my hands on it as this particular spec was difficult to find.
10/10 experience, especially as a first-time buyer. Beyond Ibro and Jeremy, the rest of the staff seemed like friendly folks as well. I highly recommend checking them out, even if it’s a bit of a drive. It’s worth it.”
