“Another Update:12/30/2025 northwest Jeep refuses to refund any amount despite the issue still there. I had to pay a different dealership more money to fix not only the leak issue I had already paid northwest Jeep to fix, but also pay for the additional damages they did to the dash area because they didn’t connect the radio correctly. Paid for another modular replacement since the continued leak damaged the supposed new modular northwest allegedly putting. And the water doctors they used that supposedly gave me a two year warranty for their work also won’t return my phone calls when the continued leak was discovered again. Shame on you Northwest Jeep. Update: 12/3/25, took my truck to another dealership. Confirmed to still be leaking in the very same spot and the third light. Tech also didn’t plug in the radio correctly. Now Ram wants me to pay another $1000 to fix the very same problems I had already paid Northwest JCDR to fix! How about you guys give me back my money since you didn’t fix anything right!!!! Update: 11/18/2025 the window that they supposedly fixed is still leaking! They have completely ruined my truck! -Still leaks -Electrical is still messed up after they “fixed” the window leak and replaced the wet carpet. Seriously! Do not buy from here or bring your vehicles here to get serviced! What’s more infuriating is their quick response to “just trade it in and buy a new one”. So you purposely messed up my truck more beyond the leak and also didn’t properly fix the leak as a tactic to get me into more debt on a new truck and turn around, fix this one correctly and sell it for profit. Got it. Hey Robert, how about you do right by the people that have bought from you and properly fix my truck without charging me even more money since gutting your customers for money is clearly what you guys do. My truck is UNSAFE due to Northwest Ram compromising it!!!! Not only did they short the wiring when replacing the carpet. They toasted my battery, did not correctly fix the water leak that they knew about it. They did not install the new radio correctly after damaging the old radio. This place is a joke. Do not bring your vehicles here. I bought my new truck here. BIG MISTAKE! This place should shut down with how bad they will treat you, damage your vehicle and not bother to fix it. This place needs to be shut down.”
