“My last service was great, they came to my house and did the work in my driveway. When i get oil changes here I'm also happy with my service. Minus 2 stars because while overall the service here is great, some people(pointing fingers mostly at the parts department) really make going there a real unpleasant experience if I have to deal with them. I hate that they make you jump through hoops for some parts.
Edit: Brian reached out to me to get things squared away. I explained to him my issue was with a warranty exchange on a battery and we had a chat about it because he doesn't want customers to feel like it has to be a hassle to do something so simple as a warranty exchange, especially since it involved walking across the lot multiple times to and some arguing before they finally gave me the battery. He gave me good hopes on not having another incident like this again in the future.”

“Alisha helped me purchase the most beautiful Robins Egg Blue 2.7 l Ford Bronco. She was right on top of things communicating immediately when I put in the original request to the very end. Everyone was helpful in making sure I was able to walk out of there with a perfect experience. I would definitely buy from Germain Ford again and ask for Alisha!”

“I cannot speak for everyone, but my wife and I came into Germain Ford because I had saw a Camaro I liked, and we just didn’t get that great of service at other dealerships in town. Our sales woman was Jackie, honestly I was bummed when Jackie told me the Camaro was sold cause it’s the reason we came in. I mentioned I had a love for Ford mustangs ever since I was a kid so she gave us this beauty to test drive. I had an older Audi with very high mileage and told them I understand that I probably wouldn’t get that great of a trade in because of high miles. I told them what carvana offered us and the service manager gave us a little more because he had a soft spot for active duty members, then we found out Jackie was also a veteran so we joyfully chatted during the car process. Needless to say, we bought this gorgeous car! The price was fair and we love the new car! I would recommend germain to anyone who is looking for a fair deal.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! Jackie was kind, personable, got me into a car I dreamed about since I was a kid! All while helping my wife and I get the best rate possible”

Special shoutout to my sales agent, Alisha, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She listened to exactly what I was looking for, didn't push anything I didn't want, and focused on getting me into the car that truly fit my needs. The whole process felt easy, straightforward, and very transparent—no hidden fees, no high-pressure tactics, no games. It genuinely felt like they were on my side rather than just trying to "sell" me something.
