“Thomas Mattox rocks in my books, we brought our Ford Echo sport in for a recall, and it turned out. They had to replace the whole engine. It took forever to get the part to the dealership service area what with the state of the country right now, but Thomas kept us up-to-date every step of the way we had good communication and when he got it done, he said come get it and then we had to wait a bit because we needed the summer service special. When we got it back, it’s running better than it did before everything is fixed and he actually went to work on our behalf with Our warranty/car care company and it didn’t cost us anything for the whole Repair except for the summer service special and even that was on special. I highly recommend if you have a problem go talk to Thomas Mattox and he will hook you up. We are more than pleased.”
