“My husband and I had a great experience at Doggett Nissan. We purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder. It is beautiful, high-quality vehicle and a great price. Before driving from Baton Rouge, we communicated with Ram about the vehicle and the 'Out the Door' price. He was very prompt regarding our texts and questions and so easy to work with regarding discussing the price. He was actually more prompt than any other dealerships we had contacted. We drove to Beaumont on a Saturday and told him when we would arrive. He was at the dealership when we arrived, and the vehicle was already up front and ready for us to view and test drive. At that point, we worked with Dee to test drive the vehicle and she talked with us and showed us all the features of the vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the Pathfinder and was very kind and personable. Overall, her personality put us at ease and made it easy to talk with her and ask any questions we had about the vehicle. We never once got any pushy or weird used car salesman vibes. She was outstanding and left us with an encouraging note once we purchased the vehicle. She went above and beyond. We had already financed our vehicle through a credit union, and Art in the back office was also great to work with to finalize the purchase. Talking with Art was like talking with your favorite uncle. Purchasing a vehicle can make a person feel nervous, but he truly put us at ease as we worked through all the necessary paperwork. He definitely had a knack and ease with conversation. He was laid back but walked us through the last steps of our purchase with expertise and professionalism. Overall, just a really friendly guy!
