βSo I was in the market for a new vehicle. I spoke to a talented young man who goes by Everett. First off, he is Very easy on the eyes! Secondly he was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me and what i wanted, some things I did not want, and the things I was unsure of. He broke everything down super easy for me to understand, helped me formulate the best plan and got me in the vehicle that best complements me and the things i needed. I absolutely hate car shopping, but with an individual like Everett, itβs hard to not want to buy a new vehicle every week. I will recommend this man to anyone looking for a new vehicle!β

βThelen Dodge is the only place that I take my Journey to for any service needs, and here is my Thelen story:
In February of 2023 I was preparing to leave for my breast cancer radiation appointment when my car wouldn't start. I called my husband at work and we decided to have it towed to the dealership for a diagnosis, so I called Thelen to see if they would except my Dodge Journey being towed there. The service technician had asked what was going on with the car and I explained it to him. He then asked if he could put me on a brief hold and I agreed. He came back on the phone and had said, "We think that it is a battery issue. Would you mind if I sent a technician to your house to jump it to make sure that that's what it is?" I was definitely not expecting that at all, so I absolutely agreed.
Sure enough, within the hour, two technicians arrived at my home and placed a jump pack onto the battery and, sure enough, she started right up! But what happened next was the sealer of me remaining a loyal customer since. The technician turned around to face me and asked, " Ma'am, would it be all right if I drove your car back to the dealership so that we could replace the battery for you? We would have somebody either come and get you or we could return your card to you once it was done." I stood there, completely overwhelmed with emotion and an amazing feeling of relief. To try to lighten the mood I jokingly said, "Yes please! Would you like to come in and do my laundry as well?" Of course he politely declined doing the laundry, but he did drive the car back to the dealership where they replace the battery as promised.
Since my car is a Dodge Journey, replacing the battery isn't as easy as it is in other vehicles. So, I had expected the car to be there for a great length of time. The service department representative would call during the day to keep me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle while being very apologetic for the length of time it was taking. Finally, I explained to him that I was very aware of what went into replacing the battery in this vehicle and I was appreciative of him keeping me informed; but not to worry about the time of service.
Shortly before closing, my husband and I went to pick up the car. I could not express to the whole team just what their act of kindness truly meant to me. None of them knew that I was receiving cancer treatment, which you cannot just miss an appointment here or there. None of them knew the struggles that I was facing. However, there was no hesitation for offering exceptional customer service above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. They were truly my heroes on that cold February day in more ways than one
While this event was a few years ago, I have stayed a loyal customer since and have never regretted it. They are always professional, compassionate, reasonably priced, and very informative as to what is going on with your vehicle. Not only would I recommend using the Dodge service department, I would absolutely encourage you to do so. I haven't gone anywhere else since, nor will I ever go anywhere else.
