“⭐⭐⭐IF BUYING A NEW CAR DO A FULL CHECK OF THE CAR. THEY SELL CARS THAT ARE DAMAGED AND REFUSE TO FIX THEM! SEE THE REVIEW BELOW⭐⭐.
Overall, the sales staff at this dealership were helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The salesmen, Trevor, we worked with was friendly and answered our questions, which made the process start off on a positive note.
However, the experience changed when we met with the finance manager, Joe. The very first thing Joe said to us was, “This is not a TikTok car dealership and whatever you watched on TikTok isn’t going to work here.” This comment was surprising because we had never spoken to him before and had not mentioned TikTok or anything similar. It immediately set a negative tone for the rest of the interaction.
I would also strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle here thoroughly inspect the car before leaving the lot even if it is brand new. The vehicle I purchased was brand new with 9 miles on it. I noticed it had a front bumper panel that was sticking out (see photos), and the steering wheel had a gash in the leather. The damage on the steering wheel was on the backside, so I didn’t notice it until a few days later.
When I brought these issues to the dealership’s attention, I was told that because the vehicle had already left the lot, there was nothing they could do about the steering wheel. Trevor did say they would schedule a time to fix the bumper panel, but it has now been three days since that conversation and I have not been contacted to set up the repair.
The experience after the sale has been disappointing. If you decide to purchase here, I recommend carefully inspecting every part of the vehicle before driving off the lot.”

From the beginning this was a great experience. Angie Coulon, in Business Development Internet Sales, was my first contact. She was quick to respond and super sweet. She pointed me in the right direction with Luke Wales, the sales and leasing consultant. He was very knowledgeable about the Ridgeline. We went for a ride and I was sold.
Then, there's Joe Campbell, the finance manager.
What a character! "And also very professional." We had some good laughs. He had me finished up in no time.
All in all these three people made my buying experience quick, easy, and most of all, fun.
