I recently purchased a vehicle from South Point VW and had an overall great experience. Blake was helpful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. They answered my questions, weren’t overly pushy, and made sure everything moved along smoothly. The buying process was pretty straightforward, and I felt like I was treated fairly on my trade-in and pricing. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized, which also made a good impression. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few small areas where communication or timing could have been a bit better, but nothing that would stop me from recommending them. Overall, a solid experience, and I’d definitely consider working with South Point VW again in the future.

Easiest transaction ever!!!!!! I had a full plate, and didn’t have time to sit in a dealership. I certainly didn’t have time for wheeling and dealing and the back and forth. Chris was super low pressure and had great communication with me! Most of this was done over the phone. They knew exactly what I needed. The dealership wasn’t pushy or slimy… not even finance. I appreciate the entire experience, and I’m happy with my Atlas! Thanks Southpoint!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The service department is horrible. I have had 2 different volkswagen's that I have brought here for a number of different reasons. My first one was a diesel & they forgot to change the def anytime I got an oil change. Not a big issue but also careless. My second one I think they lied about a part being broken when it was not. Truly have no way to prove it but everyone knows how dealerships are. Brought it in 3 different times because of an issue where the car would sometimes not accelerate and got 3 different issues each time and still have the same issue. Brought the car in due to an oil leak and was told I do not have an oil leak. Here I am not much later needing to change my oil every other week due to an oil leak. My sister who also has a volkswagen has had a number of issues with them as well. I know if I were to bring my car right now with these same issues, now that it is no longer under warranty, they would tell me I have an oil leak. I will NEVER purchase another Volkswagen due to this dealership alone. I think they try to take advantage of women, especially if you are young. I am not one to leave a review especially a bad one but the more I think about it the more I get frustrated. Save your money & time & go somewhere else.

I visited this location several times. I was in the market for a bigger vehicle that would fit grandkids. I dealt with one young salesperson that honestly did not seem interested in what I wanted. I would ask questions or make requests for information and he would just guess instead of going inside the building to retrieve it. I did have a test drive but unfortunately I was not impressed with the color and he made a remark saying, I thought you were gonna buy the green one, I thought you liked it. I don't buy the first thing that comes along. When I commit it will be with what I was looking for. I let God guide me through this process and he did. The nonchalant sales tactics should be dismissed and no matter "who" is shopping all customers should be taken seriously. I'm sure he thought we were not serious and he didn't want to waste his precious time. Premier Volkswagon in Harvey attended to my needs well and I drove off the lot happy the same night. Hopefully customer service can be examined and corrected.
