Price Leblanc (Toyota)

“THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF YOU LET THEM! I arrived at Price LeBlanc Toyota because my window was stuck about 3 inches down. This also happened to be when the freeze came through this year, so it was about 28 degrees outside. They priced me and said it would be $770-ish. I calmly said, "Okay, can you just put the window up, and I'll be on my way?" They let me know they could not get my window up and that I would have to leave the facility with the "crash wrap" on it. They explained that it is bright yellow, but it should keep most of the wind out of my car. They then find out that I still have my car's warranty (aka they will be getting paid). However, they did not have my part in stock. But what do you know, after they verified my warranty and ordered that part, my window could miraculously go up. So I was able to leave that day with my window up. The part was "delayed and on back order," which they did call me and tell me that it would be a while. But then I was informed very soon after, like the next day or two, that the part had come in. The only reason I gave them two stars was that the job did get done.”
