“I was not sure what to expect regarding my experience with the dealership, with the overall process from the financing to actually getting to drive it home. During the week the inernet sales team did a phenomenal job of communicating everything to me while also helping me get things squared away for being able to hold the vehicle until I was able to come down for it. We were greeted right away by Julio who was able to get my test drive done. Was so knowledgeable about the vehicle, the different features of it. While also allowing my husband to test drive to get his opinion on it. Took care of getting the vehicle ready for me as we sat with Din the financing manager. Not only did I get a monthly payment within my budget Din went above and beyond to get my extended warranty built into an affordable price. As I was getting ready to depart Julio finished help setting me up with the Volvo app and a couple of settings in the vehicle.
