Sam, the GM, also stepped in and made sure everything ran smoothly, which really shows how much this dealership cares about their customers. They gave me the best price I could have imagined and even offered more for my trade-in than I expected. One moment that really stood out: I was sent to a third-party shop to get side steps installed, but they didn’t have them in stock, so I ended up wasting time and gas. To make things right, they even filled up my tank (which was on empty). That level of accountability and customer care is rare. These guys made the entire experience one to remember. “If you’re looking for a great salesman go see Wardell. He took care of not only me but my family as well. Always so welcoming, understanding, and works extremely hard. Wardell came in on his day off when my car arrived, so I didn’t have to wait and could come in to pick it up right away. Next up the finance guy we worked with (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was so kind, not the annoying pushy “buy this” type of guy, just extremely down to earth saw our toddler was at her limit and made sure to make the process quick and easy. Then lastly I cannot forget the sales manager… He was a tough cookie but was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made sure I got my “pennies” for my trade in and a full tank of gas.
