“I purchased a 2024 Mustang GT Convertible from Elco Chevrolet this week and overall had a great experience. I worked with Matt Seise and he was excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He made the process smooth and straightforward, and I never felt pressured. Ask for Matt! Sveta in finance was also great to work with. She made the financing process simple, clear, and efficient. Everything was explained well and the paperwork moved quickly, which I really appreciated. The only part of the experience that rubbed me the wrong way was the trade-in discussion. There was a small chip in my windshield, and they deducted $1,000 from the trade value because of it. I understood the concern, but what was frustrating was the lack of willingness to negotiate. I even pulled up an instant CarMax offer that was $2,600 higher than what Elco was offering, and there wasn’t much interest in discussing it further. As a result, I ended up keeping my previous vehicle and now have to handle selling it separately, which is a bit of a hassle. It would have been much easier to wrap everything up in one transaction. That said, aside from the trade-in situation, it really was a positive experience. Matt and Sveta were both great to work with, and I absolutely love my new Mustang.”

“This wasn't a traditional purchase and I did everything online, via email, text, and phone calls. I found a certified pre-owned 2025 Chevy Blazer SS EV in the exact trim and color that I wanted through CarBravo. Kent Mouser and Dan Mayer made this purchase easy even though I am in Washington state and purchased the car without ever actually seeing it in person. Elco Chevrolet doesn't ship but Kent helped point me toward a car transporter to get it picked up and delivered to me. I had my own financing, but had I known what I know now, I would have went through Elco for financing. It would have been faster than doing it through my credit union. I'm very happy with my purchase and got an amazing deal on a great car. It showed up in perfect condition. You probably won't buy a brand new car from out of state, but if you don't live locally and find a pre-owned vehicle that you want at Elco, you'll have a good experience purchasing from them. I had to do the tax and licensing myself since I am out of state, and had to wait a bit to receive my car because I had it shipped, but I knew that going into the deal.
