“I have to edit this review. So Manny who works at the dealer is a great guy dont get me wrong but when i asked him what can he twll me about the car he just said "hinedtly i dont know it has alot of features" so i left it as that, but Prestige auto sale did sell me a vehicle with a prior defect as to what i believe. After 2 weeks of driving, the anti freeze starts leaking out and it happens to be caused to a cracked engine block. This is frustrating because not once did I rev the engine harsh and it has me thinking on why the car was sold "as is" and in my contract it already had applied the warranty for the vehicle from a 3rd party. So this makes me think they knew about the problem and that quick fix it had didn't last long thats why the warrantywas already printed in the contract way before them asking me if i wanted warranty... So at this point theres no way I can return the car because I bought it "as is" but my advice to you is as soon as you buy any vehicle just take it directly to the brand dealership and have them do a full inspection. This way you dont get stuck like me waiting on my warranty to cover for a new engine plus approvals, item being order etc.... this experience sucks honestly.”

“My husband went to Prestige Auto Sales yesterday to get a van for our business. He was helped by Jaber and Joe who were both a fantastic help! The process was quick, easy, and he was able to drive off the lot within an hour. We definitely will be back if we ever need any other vehicles and highly recommend to anyone who is in need of one! “Editing (again) This is perhaps the most shady place to ever buy a car. If you should choose to do business with them. Take the car for a thorough inspection. This will save you some headache. I've learn a lot about this place by talking to people who have dealt with them. First off the car I got was never properly inspected. Had it been do so, the following would have been revealed. It had no working headlight, fog lights, a used battery over 5 years old, tires over 5 years old (cracking and coming apart), bad alternator and starter, original spark plugs, bad tire sensor, broken fuel door motor, air filter (cabin and car) never replaced, the oil change was over due, and no battery tie down, bad battery cable, bad breaks, air damper held on with shoelaces. That's the majority of it. We didn't even have the car a week before these problems surfaced. When they first offered to have there mechanic fix it they were unable to do on three occasions. They constantly tried to put used parts on it from the junk yeard and were caught trying to take a part off another car from Prestige to put on mine. Finally, I took to a reputable mechanic to have the car properly evaluated and taken care of, since they couldn't figure it out. Also, I was originally given 5.25 % intrest on the loan. It turned out I was rushed and got stuck with 7.25%. I was told I had a 30 day warranty, that would cover anything. They refused to honor it or cover the cost of anything they said they would. Alex (owner) was difficult, rude and disrespectful when trying to deal with him. I'm at the point where I have to file a complaint with the DMV, Consumer Affairs, and likely take them to court. They have since ghosted me. As according to CA law, they have violated it. Now, for the pictures...”
