“I was charged for car maintenance that was not done. I took my truck in to get a warranty part fixed as well as some routine maintenance. Lucky for me my front seat had a lot of stuff in it and when I got home I realized it didn't look like it had been moved at all. I was getting some filters replaced incuding the cabin and fuel filters. I removed the cabin filter and it had not been replaced, I looked under the hood and the cover for one of the fuel filters hadn't been touched! 2 of my personal tire stem caps were also missing. So I had to drive back across town to get it straightened out. The service rep and manager were very nice and gave me a partial refund and they said they completed the work. I would have given 2 stars except that now that I drove to Florida I am getting a fuel filter maintenance warning. So I don't know if they actually did the repair or if they just did the repair wrong for me to get a warning. I mean, did they even really do the oil change?? The only reason I took it to the dealership and their more expensive costs was because one of my repairs was under the warranty. I don't recommend Haddad Dodge service center but if you do go make sure you see the old parts they took and make sure they actually did the work before you pull off the lot.”
