The pay machine doesn’t accept a credit card, it doesn’t accept a tap n go and needing to have a physical hard debit card on hand. The initial person who helped stated she couldn’t get ahold of my bank and I had to call and got a customer service rep on the phone to confirm the payoff. The 2nd person to help me, Ivar, was much more helpful. But definitely some what of a frustrating experience with the pay machine.”
