There was absolutely no pressureâjust honest answers to my long list of questions and exceptional knowledge about all the features and benefits of the different models I test-drove.

âOn Saturday, November 8th, I visited Bakersfield Hyundai to look at the new 2026 Palisade. I was referred by my neighbors, Henry and Shelly Castaneda, who purchased a 2024 Palisade from you a couple years ago.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson then welcomed with genuine warmth by Kris Craig and Jose Galvan. Their friendliness, eye contact, and sincerity made me feel like family. I test drove the Palisade and loved it, but what truly stood out was how I was treated throughout the entire process.
Kris worked the numbers, and to my surprise, there was no need to negotiate, everything was straightforward, honest, and more than fair. I stepped away for an hour to think, and it didnât take long to realize that the deal was unbeatable, and my car-buying experience was something rare.
I have purchased well over 30 vehicles throughout my life. Some experiences were tiring, some ordinary. But my experience here with Kris, Jose, and Betty in finance, was exceptional. I genuinely felt valued, so much so that I became emotional expressing my gratitude to Kris.
Throughout my visit at the dealership, several other employees also chatted with me and even greeted me by name, each adding to what I can only describe as a âperfectâ car buying experience.â

âAfter a scheduled inspection of my vehicle, I was told that my vehicle needed engine and transmission mounts. It would be $1300 + oil change cost. I okâd the repairs, but after some thought, I decided to get a second opinion. I paid $200 for the diagnosis and $90 for the oil change, and took my vehicle. The attached pictures are the engine and transmission mounts on my car upon inspection 2 days later at another shopâŠ.â

âWe already had a Hyundai Palisade (2023) - loved the drive and an amenities it had so we decided to upgrade to the new 2026 Calligraphy model. Love the newer model looks and features. So beautiful inside and out!
The people here were very kind and helpful thru the whole process! Hubby may be trading in his vehicle for new hybrid model.â
