“The experience I had with Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep was fantastic. I ended up buying a 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit, loaded, and am very happy. Although it is built for rough terrain, it is, and handles, as if luxury. From the air ride, climate, sunroof, 4 wheel drive, to sound system, this is the SUV for me and my wife, and two furry children (specifically, canines). Mario is a sales rep there, great personality, and he listens good to what I want, and he delivered. Paperwork was a breeze, and Big Joe talked me into the service policy, and, I'm glad he did. The manager knew I was interested in a 60 month loan with low interest, and he delivered. Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep delivered everything I wanted, at a cost that I couldn't argue at all with:)”

“I had a very unpleasant experience with Jaye. He was inappropriate, flirtatious, very touchy, and I felt very uncomfortable with him my entire time talking with him. It's literally the reason why I left the store and went Somewhere else to look at different cars. I tried to get help from someone else, but Jay would not leave me alone, and no one seemed to notice that I was uncomfortable. So unfortunately I missed out on getting my dream Jeep, and took my money elsewhere. Jeep, I suggest you look into the background and behavior of your employee Jaye. There's something not right there. And coming from someone who has professional experience in picking out predatory behavior, as well as just general sliminess, I know what I'm talking about. And I really hope that you guys take this seriously. You lost my business because of that, and I'm so far shared it with everyone I know, especially all of my female friends, so that they never step foot into that dealership ever again and have to go through what I went through. It's disgusting that we're still doing this in 2026 and no one is doing anything about it. I would have said something to the manager, but I had a feeling it wouldn't be heard, and I didn't feel safe in there anymore so I just got myself out. So here's your review. Get rid of that guy.”
