“We had an amazing experience buying our truck thanks to Mario! From the moment we arrived he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out in about an hour, which was amazing.
Mario was respectful, honest, and professional. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel pressured. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers rather than just making a sale.
A huge shoutout to Joe in Finance as well! He was fantastic to work with—he took the time to answer every question we had, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured into anything. He was personable and friendly, which made the financing process just as easy and stress-free.
Overall, this was by far the easiest and best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a team that’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and makes the entire process quick and seamless, ask for Mario and Joe. We can’t recommend them enough. Thank you both for making our truck purchase such a great experience!”

“We called and spoke with salesman Jaye Williams. My fiance told him exactly what we were looking for, the color we were looking for AND our price range. He said they have it in stock. Drove 2 hours to get there, Jaye had it pulled out for us. We test drove the jeep grand cherokee and I fell in love with it only to find out he pulled the more expensive version out for us. They didn’t even have the vehicle we were interested in in stock. When it came to the payment, we told him our range with a hard number. Needless to say, they were still $100/mo over budget. We decided to do it anyways. Got to the finance part with the manager and never felt so pressured by the finance manager AND Jaye. The payment price went up AGAIN and the finance rate. Every time she’d call him back, his story would change. We should have walked out!! Shame on us for allowing the peer pressure and HORRIBLE customer service. When buying a car, you should have a happy feeling. We left with the complete opposite. The salesman was more worried about making a sale than taking care of his customers. We cleaned the old jeep out and went home, miserable. YES, we should have walked out. I messaged Jaye and told him I completely forgot to clean out the middle console. He stated he wouldn’t let anybody touch the vehicle until I came back down two days later. Needless to say, he LIED again because EVERYTHING was thrown in the passenger floor board MINUS the $15 cash we always kept in there. It was only $15 cash, but it's the principal that it was taken. Why was the middle console even touched when he said nobody would touch the vehicle. My fiance messaged him the next morning and Jaye couldn't even get his name right, trying to blame talk to text... Josh doesn't even come close to David. WORST experience, would not recommend to anybody. When my fiance called and spoke with the supervisor about it we got a "sorry, next time you come down and buy another car, we'll take better care of you". Would NOT recommend the poor service to anybody!!!! Drive the extra miles and go to a better dealership!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT THIS LOT!!!!!!”

“Another nightmare dealership. Unless your vehicle is still under warranty, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Had my 2021 Wrangler 4XE towed in because it was throwing all these codes and wouldn’t start. I thought it was a hybrid battery failure, that’s why I had it towed. Come to find out it’s only the 12V battery that died and caused the Jeep to go crazy with the codes. After the weekend, I didn’t even get a call from them, only a text about recommended service. They quoted me 1,400 AMERICAN DOLLARS to change “Both” batteries. The Wrangler 4XE only has ONE 12V battery. If I was ignorant or naive, or elderly I wouldn’t have even known. I called the service advisor Erick Luna, and explained that I’m being quoted for two batteries when mine only has one. “Oh our bad” sends a revised estimate, only taking 400 dollars off. So you’re telling me you’re charging people 1K to swap a battery? Absolutely not. I decline service, and go to pick up my vehicle, so I can get it towed back to my house, which I’m still left with the 220 dollar diagnostic fee. I asked my service advisor if it’s possible to remove that fee, or get it reduced because they were dishonest from the start. He gets me sat in front of the service manager who tells me “I can’t do that, how am I gonna pay my techs? “ and also says “I can either charge you the 220 or a 3 day storage fee. These people are absolutely crooks and will take advantage of you. Absolute insanity. They also wanted 400 dollars in labor to change the battery. I did it myself in 20 minutes. CROOKS.”

“The place is nice and clean inside and out. We were greeted by happy people and the salesman took time to explain to us how to navigate and operate the system specially this is my first time to have an electric car. The transaction went on smoothly right from the start to finish. I can’t thank you enough for
the wonderful service I received. God bless!”
