“Originally came in to look at a Chevy Traverse. However, decided to switch to an Acadia. Steve, Mike the sales manager, and Rob the salesman were great to work with. I highly recommend them and the dealership. Not only was the buying process seamless, their customer service follow up is top notch. I will definitely be back when it’s time to buy another car!”

“Huge thank you to Andrew & Tyler at Wright Chevrolet in Baden! My daughter was leaving for an 8 hour drive and they were kind enough to squeeze her in for a same day oil change to make sure her car was ready and safe for the trip.
Really appreciate the excellent customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help on short notice. Great team and a great experience. Thank you again!”

“I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy 5500 chip truck from Wright Chevrolet, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
When I picked the truck up, I was not provided the proper keys for the toolboxes or the rear storage box on the chip truck, leaving me unable to properly secure my equipment.
To make matters worse, the temporary paper plate was attached with simple nylon zip ties during heavy wind, rain, and storm conditions. Before I even made it 100 miles back toward Buffalo, NY, the vehicle following me informed me the temporary plate had blown hi off the truck in the weather.
I immediately contacted the dealership and was told I needed to file a police report before they would address the issue. It has now been over a week and two days, and I still do not have a replacement plate or any real resolution to the problems I reported.
For a commercial truck purchase of this size, I expected far better communication, preparation, and customer service. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. Update just recently went over all the paperwork and found out I was overcharged $1181.25 in sales tax. I will be calling in the morning to see how they will correct this situation. This evening I started to receive harassing texts from the management. Not solutions harassing texts. I’m documenting this here so everyone knows. I’m sure the management will tell me somehow it is my fault as they did in the texts I received this evening. Disappointing is not even the word.”

“Saw a Mustang posted online and called in. Spoke to Logan and he said come on down. Went down, saw the car before it was cleaned. Agreed to a deal. Within an hour and a half I was out the door and on the road. Great staff”

“Stopped back in after visiting on Thursday spoke with used car manager on the lot that day cool guy not pushy understood where I was at left him with my info and said to have one of the salesman reach out. I did not in fact receive a call text etc. this afternoon I swing back in there was a truck I was interested in doing a deal on told salesman about truck he showed me online pricing I pointed out the green tag in the truck was indicating a much different price and wanted to work a deal based on that. He left to “go get the keys” and walked right by my wife and I on the phone took the tag out and said they wouldn’t do that. I left but sat in the parking lot for a few minutes to think about the whole situation. My wife watched them walk to the truck and place a new tag with a higher price on it in the window. We left but I turned around and wanted to give fair warning of my intentions to post reviews of what just happened as well as the evidence of it. I’m aware mistakes happen but then the finance manager decided to initially approach me fairly uncouth and disgruntled I was giving fair notice of my intentions. Eventually he did come around to the idea this company should stand by their founding values/pillars of success and at least offer the truck at the price which was shown. Now the GM finally gets involved over the phone song and dance does more talking than listening but an ok guy. He put his sales pants on and tries to win me over he gets closer but still significantly from tag price. Now I’m no expert but I do know from where I stand it certainly seems like when you have no customers in your dealer, a history where you’ve done something similar (owner kept car listed for their race team see previous reviews) and the overall suspicious behavior by the staff that’s probably why people aren’t coming in not just being in a bad location. Feel for the sales guy in all this that got put in an awkward spot. Now this vehicle has near 4k miles on it and big tag with “demonstrator”on the window they’ve clearly collected rent or wrote off a large portion of the purchase in some and has compounding interest on their floor plan as it’s been there for a year. Do the WRIGHT thing reviews goes to five stars and I’d heavily consider being a repeat customer. (Wife loved the white Buick on the showroom floor)”
