After contacting the dealer, I was told there was an additional $3,995 charge for Full Self-Driving that was required. If that charge is mandatory, then the actual price is higher than what is being advertised, which I found misleading and frustrating as a buyer. I made it clear that I was serious about purchasing the vehicle and just wanted transparency and to honor the advertised price, but the pricing was not clearly or fairly presented upfront. I value honest advertising and clear communication, and unfortunately this experience fell short of that. Buyers should be very careful to confirm the full purchase price before moving forward.”
