“Zaid, my main point of contact, and Jay B, the finance guru, were both instrumental in helping me navigate what turned into a pretty difficult situation. I flew into Los Angeles specifically to look at a WRX that Zaid and I had been discussing for some time. I was already pre-approved through my own financial institution and was essentially ready to complete the purchase as soon as I arrived. Unfortunately, my lender suddenly made the process much more difficult by not providing a payment method that would allow me to take the car home that day. Instead, they wanted to mail a check, which would have meant waiting another three days before I could actually purchase the vehicle and leave the lot—not exactly ideal when you’ve flown in from out of state specifically to buy a car.
