“Love everything about Larry Miller V-Dub--great experience--from negotiating to working though all the issues--they even drove the vehicle to Tucson. I really enjoyed working with Richard--he even gave me a VW Buzz T shirt. The purchase was very smooth-and even thought Richard had a long drive back to Phoenix, he patiently walked me thought the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable using it and driving it. A very nice experience and I would do business with Oscar and Richard any day--great folks and easy to deal with--thank you.”

“One of the easiest dealer experiences I have ever had. Purchased a 2022 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus and traded in a 2014 VW Passat TDI SEL Premium. I had been looking for a particular model used car (20-24 Hyundai Sonata) for a while and each time I got in touch with a dealer they had “just sold it”. I saw one in my price range and mileage targets for sale at LHMVW and jumped on their site to look into it. Long story short, I ended up using the online purchase option on the website that walked me through everything step-by-step. The trade-in section was not very detailed and had an impact on the deal later. The rest of it was great. Once I was done with the order I set my appointment to pick it up the following Saturday (ordered on Monday). Andres called me shortly after to introduce himself and let me know we would be working together on this deal. I didn’t have any questions for him other than “will you review the trade-in on-site because I am sure you overvalued it?” I ended up texting over about a dozen photos of the car for their reference. Fast-forward to pick up day. We arrived at the dealership which is about an hour from our house, just before our appointment. We were greeted in the lot and taken inside so they could let Andres know we were there. One of the managers (Ray, I think) came by to say hi and was very pleasant. Our salesman came out a few minutes later with the car keys and let us know they were just getting all of the stuff to sign in order and it would just be a few minutes. In the meantime we walked over to where they had the car in the showroom, all cleaned and ready to go. We did a walk around on it and I was still very happy with the condition. A little bit later we signed all of the preliminary paperwork and were told to wait a bit for finance to call us back. No pressure, no issues so far, except one. Nobody has asked for the keys to my car to take a look at it and the prelim paperwork had the overvalued price on it. I should have asked about it. We wait for a while, 10-15 min and our salesman came back to have us resign the deal paperwork because they took a look at our trade-in and were knocking ~1800 off the value. This pushed the trade into negative equity territory but I fully expected this from my conversation earlier in the week. This was really the only rough spot in the deal that didn’t seem to be handled well. Other than this, everyone and the whole process was great. We got into finance with Ed a while later and he was very informative, helpful, and low pressure. Since I had already done the preliminary deal on the site I had reviewed all of the available add-ons at that point. He was kind and went over them again and didn’t try to push us into anything we didn’t want. We finished up and then just had to wait a few moments for our salesman to come back so we could get our old plate and head-out. Overall this was a great 9/10 experience with this dealer. The trade-in hiccup could have been handled better but they still beat my trade offer from Carvana so I was happy with the outcome. I’d recommend this dealer and highly recommend their online sales tools. I know that isn’t a traditional way to buy a car but it worked well for me. We were there for about 2 hours which was speedy compared to past dealerships I have dealt with. Thanks everyone!”

“UPDATE: THE EXPERIENCE TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORST. I was so happy with my purchase that I went back to buy a second car I was planning to get. I bought 2 cars from Larry H Miller within a week! Everything was perfect until I noticed a noise in my Atlas a few days after the purchase. I mentioned it to the sales person who right away said to bring it in and they would look into it and correct it very quick. I was told to bring in the car Saturday at 1 pm. I get to service and they can’t find my appointment. I explained to them what the sales person told me and they took me in. Service advisor told me the tech drove the car and heard the noise. But since it was Saturday almost time to close he was going to work on it on Monday. Comes Monday I don’t hear anything. I call next day and I’m told they still have to work on it. Comes Thursday and I don’t hear anything. I call and left a message with no response. I stop by and service advisor tells me they still have to work on it but there is a lot of work ahead of me. And hopefully next day they will start. I’m like WHAT? Today is Saturday (a whole week later) and I receive a voicemail asking me to stop by on Monday so I can drive with the tech so I confirm the noise. REALLY? A whole week and now you asking me this? So obviously they didn’t touch my car this whole time. Service advisor lied to me from the beginning. I buy a brand new car from you guys. Only 6 miles. I noticed an issue and have to go through all this BS. I wasn’t even offered a loaner. I’ve being lied. I don’t care if you are understaffed or whatever the reason is. If you are not capable of keep up with the work, DONT OFFER THE SERVICE. All you are going to get is very very upset customers. Just like I am right now. Sales did such a great job that I ended up buying a second car. All got ruined by the inefficiency and ineptitude of your service department. ABSOLUTE THE WORST. I wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I figured since I got the cars here just get serviced here. NO. I will go back to Peoria Volkswagen where I used to take my ID 4 with absolutely no issues in the whole two years I had the car. I would never bring my business to Larry H Miller service department. This was the first and last time! Maybe is good time to revise your operations and figure out how to actually offer a decent service to customers. Absolutely the best experience getting my new Atlas Cross Sport! Lawrence and Ed made sure the whole transaction went quick, smooth, and that I got the vehicle I was looking for. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Larry H Miller for your next vehicle. Happy customer here!”

“My wife and I decided to chase the new Avocado Green Pearl Atlas SEL Premium R-Line and LHM VW in Avondale was the only dealer with one currently in stock in the entire Phx market. We swung out there on a Friday, promptly greeted by Andres who had all the answers to our questions and let us check out all the colors (both int and ext) as well as the 2nd row configurations. After a short test drive, we started to negotiate. Had a great time dealing with Andres and the GSM Oscar, just good transparent people. I got exactly what I wanted on the trade and worked out the details on the new lease quickly. And shoutout to Ed in Finance, good dude who got me in and out quickly while we chopped it up about west coast geography and cars. Oh, and the paperwork is all electronic, love it. So if you are in the market for a new VW or any used vehicle LHM VW in Avondale may have, give my guy Andres Mendes a shout, you will not be disappointed.”
