“Absolutely love my truck and the deal was amazing. Unfortunately, it wasn’t without frustrations, had issues with the sales sheets being right and the finance department. Despite any challenges, I’d drive the 7 hrs to buy from Avondale Dodge again because when push comes to shove they offered a great deal on a great truck.”

“I’m honestly shocked there’s still a great car dealership out there! I’ve never had a good experience buying a vehicle until now!
They gave me the best deal possible and genuinely cared. I was shocked I didn’t even really have to negotiate with them. They gave me a better deal than I wanted when I walked in! On top of that they gave me more for my trade in. All around the best car dealership on the planet. 10 out of 10! Sebastian you are the man!!!”

“Five and a half hours for an oil change is ridiculous. However this was the least of my worries. I dropped my truck off at this location at 10:00 for a simple oil change. In the meantime, I checked their online tracker every 15-20 minutes. This tracker always said “inspection in progress” I got a text message at about 2:30 with an inspection report. I declined all recommendations online, however at the end of this report it told me that there was a $12.00 charge to use my oil change package. (3 oil changes) for a discounted rate. I tried for about 45 minutes to get ahold of someone in the service department with absolutely no luck to ask about this charge before I agree to the charge. It was not until 3:30 that my service advisor gave me a call to tell me that they close in 30 minutes and that I needed to pick up my truck. When asked why my tracker never changed to keep me updated, he told me it would change soon and proceeded to ask me if I needed a ride to get my truck picked up. I told him no that I have a ride there. I then asked about the charge that his inspection report told me was due, as to that, he said there was no charge. At this point I’m extremely confused with the system they have in place and wonder how anyone manages to get anything done here. Lastly, I come to pick up my truck at 3:45 and “junior” my “service associate” hands me my keys and says “see, no charge”. I told him I didn’t see my truck out front and asked him where it was and he had no idea. He had to call someone else to come get my keys and see where my truck was. However, the person he called, also didn’t know where my truck was. Not until I personally found my truck all the way across the parking lot and grabbed my keys and told him I would get it myself. To top it all off, my truck still had the writing from my service appointment on it and was not cleaned off. I will not be coming back here and would advise others to do the same.”

“Jesus was awesome. He was thorough, professional, and able to answer all of my questions completely and really helped me to pick the right truck even after I asked lots of questions about different options. He was really patient with me! The sales and finance steps all went extremely smooth and I got an amazing deal that really helped me out from being upside down in the car that I traded in. Great dealership to deal with! I highly recommend them!”
