“Well to begin, the staff was friendly and I do enjoy the car I purchased, but with that being said there’s a few things that should be addressed and buyers should take in a account before they purchase from this shop. The first red flag was trying to sell the vehicle for above the sticker price,(bait and switch) I saw the car in the lot and was interested due to the reduced price, once we got everything set on paper they tried selling for what was listed before the price was reduced and when I said something about it the salesman acted like he didn’t know the price on the car and had to “ask the owner” even though it said it right on the window (I’m thinking they forgot to wash it off) my second issue is regarding the warranty, now being the car is 13 years old with a 138,000 miles I know they technically don’t have to warranty the car, but with that being said I was ensured I would have 30 days to bring it back for any reason, and that was a written guarantee from the salesman. Now to this point I overlook the issues with the car that I knew of as it is a 13 year car but after I made the purchase I took it to the Toyota dealership for a diagnostics check and car overview, after my appointment I soon learned there was over $5,000 worth of work needed for the car, which was way more then expected, and is Unacceptable for a car that was over 16,000 dollars and on top of that the rust was way worse then lead to believe. When I took it to the shop the mechanics Seem to be Incompetent and nervous as I brought up the issues that should of been taken care of before the purchase, after I showed them the list I was given from Toyota they tried to go back on the word that was written on paper, but did say they would talk to the owner. Now fast forward to today I get a call exactly 1 month from the purchase and 2 weeks after my inquiry to tell me there’s nothing they can do. So moral of the story this shop will not live up to there word and have no problems selling you something with issues. So buyers beware before making such a big investment with this shop!!!”

Website is organized and searchable by model, price, etc. Includes a full CarFax to see prior owner history of service, mileage, and any accidents/severity. Andrea was great in showing me the car and handling all the details of purchasing/DMV/insurance. Went less than 48 hrs from test drive to keys in hand!”

Even got me a better deal then my bank was offering. If I didn’t live in CO I would buy from them again for sure.”
