“Was looking to sell my vehicle and submitted the info on a third party website. Got an email from Champion with an offer, I then submitted a counter offer on what I would sell it for. The following day I got a text message from them to bring it in for an appraisal, I told the lady that reached out that I was standing pretty firm on my price and she said she was confident that I could get what I was asking. I told her I didn't want to waste anyone's time on bringing the car in, with it being stored in the garage and getting it out. She again recommended I bring it in. So I scheduled an appraisal with them and I specifically asked her to give the heads up on what I was asking, she said she will, I drive the vehicle there and gave a salesman the vin, was there 5 minutes and they said they couldn't offer what I was asking, they didn't even look at the car at all, didn't even come talk to me nor did she even say anything about me coming. Complete waste of time and frustration, very unprofessional!!”

“I brought my vehicle in for warranty and service work, and upon returning home, I noticed an issue. Although I was not entirely certain that it occurred at the dealership, I contacted them to discuss the matter. They assured me they would take a look at it when I returned for the warranty repairs once the necessary parts had arrived. After dropping off the vehicle, I received a message later that day informing me that all work was complete and that my truck was ready for pickup. The dealership resolved the issue without requesting any additional payment, which is quite rare today. In my view, a company's response to unexpected problems truly demonstrates their commitment to customer service and ethical standards. I will continue to choose this business for future needs. Additionally, my service advisor, Luke, provided excellent communication throughout the process.”

“Be ready to work if you want to buy a vehicle from here...
I tried getting a price on a couple trucks to see if it would fit into my budget BEFORE I drove an hour to Champion to sit there another couple hours finalizing the numbers. I was communicating with "someone" from the customer care team (only number I had) for over 2 weeks. Asking about every day for numbers, I got one "initial" offer on the perfect truck for me. It was a bit higher than I was hoping so I asked for a couple packages be removed to see the price then. I asked daily for four (4) days, I called the salesman on the offer and left a voicemail, nothing.... nothing but "we got busy," or "I'll have someone send it tomorrow." On the fifth day of trying, I even checked the Live Google "Popular Times" tracker and it was "Less busy than usual" so sent a follow up again and got a "I'll have a sales manager call you since it's so late in the day" (it was 5:49PM on a Friday and they close at 6PM). Monday, nothing. Tuesday, I checked the site and that truck was sold. Wednesday, followed up again, nothing again. And Friday, tried one last time and no response... So I went to another dealer to buy a truck..... I was tired of trying to make a sale for them.
So, if you want a vehicle, be prepared to work extra hard, or spend way more of your time than you should for a purchase that tends to take way to long anyway.....”

“I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep and was completely satisfied with the entire experience.
Hunter Howe (sales) was knowledgeable, professional and customer focused. Shay Foley (sales manager) was straightforward and a tough but fair negotiator. Aaron Glaze (business manager) thoroughly explained the contract and transfer process with no hidden line items or surprises quicker than I thought possible.
This was by far my best car buying experience. As I pulled off the lot, I checked the fuel gauge and was pleasantly surprised to find 3/4 of a tank!
Thanks for a great experience and a great pre-owned vehicle.

They do not play games like other dealerships we have experienced in the past. If your looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend checking them.”
