“**UPDATE** Be extremely wary of buying a car from South Point. I bought a CPO Santa Fe on 1/19, it was in the shop for recalls on 1/23, then went back to the shop on 1/29 and it is still there 26 days later with no projected return in sight. When they say Certified pre-owned, what they actually mean is a DTPA claim waiting to happen. Everytime I get a call from the service manager, Tim, I get more placative answers that attest to their service team's 2.2 star rating on Google. IF you decide to buy a car here, definitely forego any additional warranties that use their service team. So yes, while the car buying will be pleasant, they will not bat an eye at the fact that they sold you a lemon then feed you polite nonsense about due diligence before they attempt to do something that might actually fix the problem, all to save a buck for themselves. Passing the hardship onto the customer is the name of the game.
ORIGINAL 5-STAR REVIEW: I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from South Point Hyundai, and it was a great experience! Carlos Aguilar in sales helped us get connected connected super quickly to the cars I wanted to see. He was so friendly, knowlegable, and not pushy at all about the process for which i was very greatful! He was able to get all our questions answered, papers signed and led us over to Gabriel in finance who helped us finish up the process very quickly, sharing tips along the way! He was also very friendly, honest and helped us make the best choices for my particular situation. It was definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had! Very concierge-style assistance from all where they walk you through everything, and let you know they are there to assist with any follow ups! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks yall!!”

“Great service department! Was there for an oil change and tire rotation. In and out quickly. Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Nice lounge to wait in while my Santa Fe was being serviced. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything, South Point!”

“I visited the Service Dept at South Point Hyundai to complete a recall for my new vehicle. I got there at 8:00 am. When I pulled up I was greeted by Tim Rich. He was the most friendly and pleasant person I have ever dealt with at the service dept at SP Hyundai. He explained everything thoroughly and let me know it might take up to 2 hours for the recall to be completed. I asked if he could get it done sooner and he said he would try. I mentioned a couple of other things for him to check and he said he would. He came and checked on me to see if I needed anything while I was in the waiting area and he updated me and let me know there was water, coffee and snacks if I wanted any. Then to my surprise he came back in at 8:45!!! Only 45 mins later!! I was so impressed with the service, everything was done correctly and promptly! If you go to SP Hyundai Service Dept ask for Tim!!!!He will give you the BEST service! Thanks Tim!!”

“I recently purchased a 2025 Elantra from South Point Hyundai. I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle and absolutely love everything about it. It came in perfect condition with great service to go with it. I had been looking around before I made my purchase calling around for the best deal I could find near me. When I called South Point (Art Liscano) answered and assured me that I need to look no further for the best deal in town and that he would match and beat any other offers and deals around across the board. I took his word and sure enough South Point kept their promise and starting slashing prices to get me to where I was comfortable with my range. I was treated with great customer service and professional. I would definitely return for all my future purchases.”
