“Tried getting into a vehicle here at south point Hyundai it didn’t work out which is fine. We just couldn’t come to an agreement. The customer service was very poor though and the communication from them was terrible. I worked with Isiah from sales and Rudy the sales manager. I had to keep reminding them and repeating things over and over again. It was just a very poor experience. Hopefully they can do better. South point dodge on the other hand has great customer service.”

“I am less than satisfied with the service I’ve received from this dealership—unfortunately, this is not the first time. On a previous visit, my rim was damaged and had to be repaired. This time, I dropped my car off for a tire warranty repair. While the tire was replaced, I was told the rim was “bent” and couldn’t be balanced. I know for a fact the rim was not bent when I brought the car in. After I pushed back, the very next day I was told that the rim could, in fact, be balanced. When I picked the car up, more concerns surfaced. The wheel that was supposedly balanced was placed on the rear passenger side, not the front right. To make matters worse, one of the lug nuts is now larger than the others and has red spray paint on it, which raises even more questions about the quality and care of the work performed. Overall, I feel like I can’t trust the consistency or transparency of the service here. It’s frustrating to leave a dealership feeling less confident about my car’s condition than when I dropped it off.”

“I’m a little late to sharing my experience here at South Point Hyundai but I visited on June 14, 2025 for my first service appointment on my new Hyundai. I’m not a resident of Austin, so I’m was unsure of how the process worked at a different dealership but my experience was a 10/10!!! Mr. Charles K was amazing! He took good care of my vehicle and even offered to have it cleaned up as well! He was very accurate about the time of when my service would be complete and very sweet! Thank you so much Mr. Charles and thank you South Point Hyundai!!”

“Juan Carlos and Cedric helped me with the purchase of my Santa Fe. Cedric listened to my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me and my family. They also helped my nephew find the right Tucson to meet his needs. These two salesmen were attentive, knowledgeable and kind. They did not pressure us to make a quick decision, but rather encouraged us to find the right vehicles. Mike and Rudy were the two sales managers who went above and beyond to help us stay within the price point we wanted. They were very transparent and offered a couple of options. Lastly, Carter from the finance team offered his expertise when we finalized the contract. He was very respectful and helpful. Overall, the car buying experience was excellent due to the team approach of the staff.”
