“At our last visit, after the cold weather, the battery in our CX-30 was already dying. They refused to replace it, saying that it still had some charge left. Before that, the car wouldn’t start at all, we had to jump-start it with another car just to get to this service center. We basically had to beg them to replace the battery.
Now we’re having an issue with CarPlay, and again they keep coming up with excuses — saying the cable is wrong or blaming something else, even though everything was working fine before. At this point, the phone just won’t connect to CarPlay at all.
For some reason, this dealership seems to have a policy of finding any possible reason not to take the car in for repair or to avoid fixing the issue.”

“I would absolutely recommend going to Mazda! I was in a truck payment with a 17% interest rate and I could not get anyone to take my trade or even refinance it. Mazda was able to go above and beyond to take care of me. They were able to take my trade, I received military discount, the rebates for the month of January, and was able to get a lower car payment and an interest rate of 0.9%.The process was quick and they were able to finance me directly through Mazda, so there wasn’t a hassle of an outside lender.
Tim( Sales), Brady(appraiser), Chelsea (Service), and Joe( Finance) were great to work with and they made the dealership experience a stress free as possible . They treated me like a human, not a dollar sign. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.”

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. I went with a friend, and she was so impressed by the experience that she said she would want to buy their next car here as well. Overall, an excellent experience!!”

“I had the best experience at Roger Beasley Mazda South! Went with my mom to buy a car for meee, and from the second we walked in we were greeted with the biggest smile. Rudy showed us around right away and instantly made us feel taken care of.. very “don’t worry, I got you, we’ll get you the car you want.” Both my mom and I really liked him!
Brady from service was also super helpful and answered every question we had. Overall just such a great experience.
Drove off the lot with my new baby and I’m still in shock in the best way 🫶🚗✨”

“Went in for a routine oil change on my ‘23 Mazda CX-50 and came away with this beauty. A brand new CX-5 Turbo Premium. I always base my satisfaction on the Service Department, because in the end, they are who we deal with long after the sale. Matt will be my go to when it goes in for service. I’d also like to give props to Tim and James for making it an effortless sale and getting me exactly what I was looking for. Add to this, I live in New Braunfels and am willing to put up with the traffic and construction to travel to Austin to get the service we should all expect.
