“I came in to this dealership late one evening very close to closing time and Roger helped me out. My car started giving out on me and I was ready to buy a new one after hearing what it would cost to fix it. I didn't really have any other time to go look at cars due to my work schedule and I was tired of Ubering everywhere. I was prepared to buy a car right then and there. The other dealership I'd talked to (which shall remain nameless) gave me an awful experience. I was neglected, no one communicated with me, and I gave up after several days of trying to buy a car from them.
I knew what I wanted and Roger let me take the demo car for a spin. I wanted to buy it right then and there to get it over with. Instead, he told me they had to do the credit approval process and a few other paperwork related things before I could buy it and there wasn't enough time before they closed to make it happen. Again, because of my work schedule, it would be another three days before I could come back. Another three days of cab rides.
I was a bit disappointed but I understood. However, Roger told me that he didn't want me to have to continue Ubering to work and back every day, so, he let me drive the demo car home, with a full tank of gas. He even said "If you end up not liking this car, its ok, we'll help you find what you're looking for". Three days later, I came back and bought my new car and I love it. Roger was already helping another customer but as soon as I walked in, he made a point to make sure I was seen and that I'd be helped. Unfortunatley, the dealership appeared to be a little understaffed on this busy day so it did take a while for me to get out of there. That's the only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars instead of the 4 that I'm giving it.
To Roger, thanks for helping me out in a time that I was exhausted and a bit desperate. I've seen other sales reps take advantage of people in that position, try to upsell them something, use their situation to their advantage, but not this sales rep. He helped me out when I needed it, and yeah, I know he gets paid to sell cars but still, it was nice to have not a just a good sales rep handling my purchase, but a good person too.

“My search for a new car began at a different Chevrolet dealership in Austin, but the experience there was extremely disappointing and left me feeling frustrated. Seeking a better outcome, I immediately drove to Henna Chevrolet.
Upon arrival, Roger greeted my friend and me at the entrance. I shared my previous dealership experience, and Roger immediately understood the situation—even without me mentioning the name—which spoke volumes about his knowledge and professionalism. He was more than happy to assist me in finding the right car.
Roger guided me through the purchase of my 2026 Chevrolet Trax RS, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Before I left with my new car, Roger took the time to sit with me and thoroughly explain all the features, which I found both impressive and extremely helpful.
A few days after my purchase, Roger checked in to see how I was enjoying my new car. This thoughtful follow-up was greatly appreciated.

“This dealership deserves the best compliments! I cannot begin to express how grateful and thankful I am for Tommy and Dean (the Finance Mngr).
I have purchased two brand new vehicles from Henna Chevrolet and both times customer care and support was top notch.
Tommy was great with assisting me with my selections of Silverados in 2022 and more recently, the 2026 Traverse.
Dean will work diligently to get you the best deal he can granted your credit history and current financial picture.
Tommy and Dean are so passionate about what they do and they will work hard to find a vehicle and finance company that will be suitable for your needs!
They are very experienced and attentive!

Also Tommy’s manager was pretty awesome, I did not catch his name but he knows who he is! Great leadership!
